ORDER & SHIPPING FAQ

1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 days

  • Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 4–7 days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 days

(After your order is shipped).


2. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped:

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp

  • You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Casper Wearable Dashboard

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect.


3. Which courier partner do you use?

We ship all orders through Delhivery, one of India’s fastest and safest courier partners.


4. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship to every location in India where courier delivery is available.


5. Can I change my address after placing the order?

You can request an address change before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.


PAYMENT FAQ

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We support:

  • UPI

  • Razorpay (Cards, Wallets, Netbanking)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)


7. Is COD available?

Yes! COD is available all over India.
A ₹60 COD fee applies to COD orders.


8. Is online payment safe?

Absolutely.
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
We do not store any card or UPI details.


PRODUCT & SIZE FAQ

9. How do I choose my size?

Every product page includes a size chart.
We recommend checking measurements before ordering for a perfect fit.


10. Are the product colors exactly the same as shown?

Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings, but we try to match them as accurately as possible.


11. Are the products washable?

Yes, our products are washable.
We recommend gentle washing for long-lasting quality.


RETURN & EXCHANGE FAQ

12. Do you accept returns?

Yes! We offer 7-day returns for:

  • Wrong product

  • Defective item

  • Size issues (unused, unwashed)


13. Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days depending on stock availability.


14. How do I request a return or exchange?

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Product photos (if damaged)

We reply within 24–48 hours.


15. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to:

  • Wrong item

  • Damaged item

No charges (free return)

If the return is due to:

  • Size issue

  • Customer preference

Return shipping charges may apply


16. When will I get my refund?

After we get the product back and pass quality inspection, refund takes:

  • Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days

  • COD orders: 5–7 days via bank/UPI transfer

  • COD charges (₹60) are non-refundable


ORDER ISSUES FAQ

17. My order is delayed—what should I do?

You can:

  • Track your order using the tracking link

  • Contact us if it’s delayed beyond expected time
    We will coordinate with Delhivery for updates.


18. I received the wrong or damaged product.

We’re very sorry!
Send photos to [email protected] within 24 hours.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost.


19. My order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

In such cases:

  1. Check with your neighbors/security

  2. Check if someone else accepted the parcel

  3. Wait for 24 hours (couriers sometimes update early)

If still not received, contact us and we will raise a complaint with Delhivery.

20. Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest.
But having an account helps you:

  • Track orders easily

  • Save addresses

  • Download invoices

  • See previous orders


21. Where can I see my past orders?

Login to your Casper Wearable Dashboard → Go to My Orders


22. Can I download my invoice?

Yes!
Invoices can be downloaded anytime from the Dashboard → My Orders.


CANCELLATION FAQ

23. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
