This Return & Exchange Policy explains when and how you can return or exchange items purchased from our store.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We offer 7-day returns and exchanges from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all original tags and labels attached

Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.


2. Items Eligible for Return/Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Quality issues

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items without original tags

  • Products washed or worn

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Final sale / clearance items (if applicable)


3. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected]

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Your name

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Photos of the product (if damaged or wrong item)

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.


4. Pickup & Shipping

  • We provide return pickups through our logistics partner Delhivery.

  • In certain pin codes, customers may be required to self-ship the product.

  • Return shipping charges may apply if:

    • The return is due to size issue

    • Customer changed their mind

Returns for defective or wrong products are completely free.


5. Refund Policy for Returns

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after:

  • The product is received

  • The product passes a quality check

Refunds are issued as:

  • Original payment method for prepaid orders

  • Bank transfer or UPI for Cash on Delivery orders

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

COD charges (₹60) and shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your product for:

  • A different size

  • A different color (if available)

  • A replacement for defective/wrong items

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the product is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.


7. Important Conditions

  • Items once used or washed cannot be returned.

  • Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.

  • In case of fake returns (empty box, wrong product), no refund will be issued.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
