This Return & Exchange Policy explains when and how you can return or exchange items purchased from our store.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We offer 7-day returns and exchanges from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Unworn
In its original packaging
With all original tags and labels attached
Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
2. Items Eligible for Return/Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for:
Size issues
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged items
Quality issues
We do not accept returns for:
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Items without original tags
Products washed or worn
Free gifts or promotional items
Final sale / clearance items (if applicable)
3. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:

Include:
Order number
Your name
Reason for return/exchange
Photos of the product (if damaged or wrong item)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
4. Pickup & Shipping
We provide return pickups through our logistics partner Delhivery.
In certain pin codes, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
Return shipping charges may apply if:
The return is due to size issue
Customer changed their mind
Returns for defective or wrong products are completely free.
5. Refund Policy for Returns
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after:
The product is received
The product passes a quality check
Refunds are issued as:
Original payment method for prepaid orders
Bank transfer or UPI for Cash on Delivery orders
Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
COD charges (₹60) and shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
You may exchange your product for:
A different size
A different color (if available)
A replacement for defective/wrong items
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the product is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
7. Important Conditions
Items once used or washed cannot be returned.
Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.
In case of fake returns (empty box, wrong product), no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
