This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and tracked.


1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partner:

They handle door-to-door delivery, real-time tracking, and secure shipping of your products.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery orders may require additional verification.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 working days

  • Other / Remote Locations: 6–10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-order volume.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping (if applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹60 additional fee

  • Any extra courier surcharge (for remote locations) will be shown at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp

  • You can also view your tracking ID anytime by logging into your Casper Wearable Dashboard

  • Tracking may take 12–24 hours to show updates


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address is:

  • Correct

  • Complete

  • Includes pin code, house number, and mobile number

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned to us.


7. Delivery Attempts

Delhivery usually makes 3 attempts to deliver your order.
If the delivery fails after 3 attempts:

  • The package will be returned to our facility

  • Reshipping will require additional charges


8. Order Delays

Your order may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Courier operational issues

  • Incorrect address or phone number

We will assist you if your order is delayed, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or if items are missing:

  1. Take clear photos of the package & product

  2. Email us within 24 hours at [email protected]

  3. Include your order number and details

We will resolve the issue with the courier and send a replacement if eligible.


10. Return-To-Origin (RTO)

An order may return back to us (RTO) if:

  • Delivery was unsuccessful

  • The phone number was unreachable

  • Address was incorrect

  • Customer refused delivery

For COD orders that return as RTO, future COD orders may be restricted.


11. International Shipping

Currently, Casper Wearable ships only within India.
We do not support international delivery.
