Cash on Delivery (COD) – includes an additional ₹60 fee

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may cancel or refuse orders due to:

Incorrect pricing
Shipping restrictions
Suspicious or fraudulent activity

You can request cancellation before the product is shipped.
After shipping, cancellation is not possible.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Delhivery.

Delivery times vary by location
Tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or holidays

Casper Wearable is not liable for delivery delays once the order is handed to the courier.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days under the conditions listed in our Return Policy.

Products must be:

Unused
Unwashed
Unworn
In original packaging with tags

COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Refunds

Refunds (for eligible returns) will be issued:

To original payment method for prepaid orders
Via bank transfer/UPI for COD orders

Refunds may take 5–7 working days after quality inspection.

Razorpay / UPI providers for payments
